We offer educational and cultural tours of Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE TUITION
We have over 20 years experience of teaching English and specialise in career development for professionals, but also offer general English at all levels plus Cambridge and IELTS examination preparation.
ACCOMMODATION
We can accommodate 4 guests or students
Guest Room 1 - Executive – Ground Floor
This room is part of a new extension on the ground floor. It is an extremely light, modern and private room.
A patio door opens straight onto the garden which has a fishpond.
It has its own private walk-in-shower and toilet - EXCLUSIVE FOR GUESTS.
It is more like a private flat. It is also ideal for any guest(s) with reduced mobility.
Guest Room 2 - First Floor.
This room is upstairs. There is access to another bathroom bath/shower/toilet and lots of storage space.
Both rooms are furnished with a desk, desk lamp, office chair, new beds and mattresses, bedside cabinet with lamp. Both rooms are centrally heated.
OUR PRICE IS ONLY A GUIDE AND EVERY BOOKING IS NEGOTIABLE.

Our home is located in Crosby, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and Waterloo or Crosby/Blundellsands train stations. It is only a 1 minute walk to the bus stop for the bus to Liverpool City Centre.
Crosby is 6km and 15 minutes by train from Liverpool City Centre .
Taxi's in Liverpool are amazing value for money, especially for a group of 4 or 5.
e.g. Before 12 midnight - Liverpool to our house approximately £12 for 4 passengers.
