About our homestay
We are native English speakers, so English is the main language at our house. You can use your English in a natural way.
We had visited different countries in Europe and Asia. we like to learn other culture while others can learn our American culture at the same time. We welcome our students as members of our family.
We have a newer house in a safe and quiet neighborhood, providing peaceful environment for study. Bus ride only 15 minutes to downtown and schools. Our house is close to bus stop and everything, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, post office,fast food, library and park.
Bus comes every 10 minutes and runs 24 hours a day to bring you to downtown.
We have 3 nice and clean private rooms available.
Each room has bright window, comfortable bed, desk, chair, lamp, clock radio, dresser, mirror, etc. High speed wireless Internet.
Students have 2 bathrooms to share.

Meal is option for college students. Dinner is a balance nutritious meal, contains of meat, vegetables, rice, pasta or bread. I cook delicious different countries food, like American, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Korean, Vietnamese and Japanese. All my students like my dishes.
Airport pick up service is with additional fee.
House rules: No smoking, No pet, No illegal drug, No party, No overnight visitor.
We welcome students who are serious to their studies. We like to help you to settle down in San Francisco quickly and support you all the way.
We have good experience to provide guardian service to high school students under 18. Guardian fee is additional.

Local information :
Good transportation to any part of San Francisco. Bus ride 15 minutes to downtown, English Language Schools, AAU, GGU, Culinary Academy, CCSF, SFSU, UCSF, USF, Hult, Kaplan, private high schools etc. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, fast food, Post Office, library and park.
